Natasha joined Advanced Sleep Management (ASM) in 2022, bringing with her a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and process coordination developed through a diverse professional background. As Lead Intake Coordinator, she plays a key role in department training and oversees the accurate and efficient processing of patient referrals, always ensuring full HIPAA compliance. Natasha works closely with ASM staff and physician offices to streamline workflows and elevate the patient care experience. Her dedication to continuous improvement and collaborative team support has been instrumental in driving operational success and improving outcomes for both patients and providers. Outside of work, Natasha enjoys discovering new destinations, reading, spending time outdoors, and sharing adventures with her beloved dog.

Rachel joined Advanced Sleep Management (ASM) in 2021, bringing with her over a decade of experience in customer service and a strong background in medical office administration, patient coordination, data entry, and staff management. A dedicated and versatile professional, she is known for creating efficient, well-organized work environments and consistently delivering exceptional patient experiences. As Lead Patient Coordinator, Rachel plays a vital role in the daily operations of ASM’s centralized scheduling team. She leads by example—ensuring smooth workflows, supporting her team, and assisting patients in coordinating appointments across our Sleep Centers. Her warm, personal approach helps patients feel supported and cared for every step of the way. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys cooking, reading, and spending quality time at home with her husband and two sons.
Lead Insurance Coordinator
Michelle is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience in medical claims management, specializing in Sleep Medicine Diagnostics, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Medicare, and payor policies. A proud graduate of Wright Business School and AMA-certified, she is passionate about lifelong learning, leadership, and building systems that improve patient care. Michelle began her career in medical billing and, through dedication and continuous growth, has advanced into leadership roles—mentoring others and optimizing processes along the way. As Lead Insurance Coordinator at Advanced Sleep Management (ASM), she works closely with insurance carriers, providers, patients, and internal teams to ensure accurate medical documentation, secure reimbursement, and streamline workflows—particularly for DME and sleep study approvals. Known for her expertise in claims processing, denials, and appeals, Michelle is committed to operational efficiency, compliance, and fostering a supportive environment for both patients and colleagues. Her work is driven by a desire to simplify complexity, support meaningful care, and lead with purpose.
