Co-founder of Advanced Sleep Management and currently serves as the CEO. Tim has been involved with the healthcare industry since graduating from Butler University in the early 80’s. During his career he was responsible for the development of the first mobile cardiac catheterization (Cath) lab, which later grew into one of the largest manufacturing companies for mobile and modular imaging facilities.
In 1997, he partnered with Greg Hood to form another modular manufacturing business and they have been partners in business ever since. Over the last 25+ years they have been responsible for not only manufacturing modular buildings but have formed partnerships with physicians to develop and manage imaging centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and specialty hospitals. In 2005, they were approached by a group of cardiologists, who recognized that many of their patients suffered from sleep apnea and sought to start-up their own sleep lab. Since then, Tim and Greg have been involved in over 80 sleep labs across the U.S. utilizing their expertise in construction, management and partnering with physicians and hospitals.
Co-founder of Advanced Sleep Management and currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer. Greg began his career as an Industrial Engineer with the Union Carbide Company. After 3 years of corporate experience, he was accepted to the Naval Flight Training program in Pensacola, Florida. Greg graduated first in his flight class and was winged as a Naval Aviator being selected as a Radar Intercept Officer assigned to the F-14 Tomcat. During his career, Greg served in numerous campaigns in support of the first Gulf War. He accumulated over 1,000 hours including combat time and completed over 300 day and nighttime carrier landings. Greg ended his career as a flight instructor receiving numerous accommodations during his career.
In 1997 he partnered with Tim Miller to build modular medical buildings eventually progressing to the development, construction and management of imaging and surgery centers. Over the years he has been responsible for the operations and financial success of several companies. In 2005 Tim and Greg began to develop, build, and manage sleep centers. They have been involved in over 80 sleep projects across the US eventually co-founding Advanced Sleep Management in 2011.
Co-Founder of Advanced Sleep Management and currently serves as the EVP of Clinical Operations. Laura has worked in healthcare since 1982 and specifically with sleep medicine since 1989. She has worked in a clinical setting, as an educator of sleep technology and administrator of sleep centers. Laura has worked with Greg Hood and Tim Miller since 2005 supporting clinical operations and collaborating to manage and partner with physicians and hospital sleep programs.
She currently serves as Chair of the BRPT Education Committee. Previously served as president for the American Academy of Sleep Technologist (AAST), was the recipient of the 2011 Elliott Weitzman, MD Service Award, 2021 AAST Literary Award, and 2022 AAST Leadership Award. She is also proud to be a Fellow of the AAST. Laura speaks nationally on issues regarding sleep technology.
VP Business Development and Physician Services at Advanced Sleep Management (ASM). Since graduating Washburn University in 2008, Spencer has 15+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. Spencer joined the ASM family in 2011. He is responsible for driving Sleep Service Agreement (SSA) growth, strategic planning, CRM initiatives, enhanced partnerships, and integrated solutions for outpatient practices and facilities. Spencer is passionate about relationships and creating meaningful interactions between care teams, practices, patients, and ASM leadership. He lives in Plano, TX with his wife and two sons.
Director of Patient Support Services at Advanced Sleep Management (ASM). Kimberly joined the ASM family in 2020. Kimberly’s administrative operation responsibilities are vast, including intake, referral management, scheduling, and insurance processing. She is a current delegate of World Sleep Society and a member of the American Academy Sleep Medicine (AASM). She has worked in the sleep industry since 1998, while spending significant time in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Operations and Revenue Cycle sectors. Named Best Manager in 2010 by Advance Magazine for Respiratory Care and Sleep Medicine. Kimberly has also sat on the Board of Directors for Saint Jude at Saint Francis Health System and garnered a prestigious MAP Award for Healthcare Financial Management Association in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 before joining Advanced Sleep Management.
