Advanced Sleep Management Clinical Team

The clinical team is integral to the management of the sleep center, combining administrative oversight with direct clinical responsibilities to ensure effective operation, high-quality patient care, and cohesive team collaboration.

Jana Perrin, RPSGT

Regional Director of Clinical Services

Brings more than 20 years of experience in Sleep Medicine and has been a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist since 2008. Her expertise encompasses sleep disorder management, patient care, clinical operations, accreditation compliance, and clinical education.

At Advanced Sleep Management, Jana provides leadership for clinical staffing and education, workflow optimization, and quality improvement initiatives, helping ensure exceptional patient care and operational excellence across the organization. She is dedicated to developing sleep professionals and advancing best practices throughout the field.

Jana is actively involved with the American Association of Sleep Technologists (AAST), where she serves as Chair of the Education Committee. In recognition of her significant contributions to sleep technology education and professional development, she received the AAST Service Award in 2025. She is also a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) and serves as a delegate for the World Sleep Society.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jana enjoys spending time with her children and fur babies and has a passion for travel and exploring new destinations.

Lisa M. Bond, RPSGT, RST, FAAST

Director of Scoring Services

Director of Scoring Services at Advanced Sleep Management (ASM). Lisa has been dedicated to healthcare since the late 1980s and has specialized in Sleep Medicine since the early 1990s. Her registry number is #2537.

Since joining Advanced Sleep Management in 2012, Lisa has brought extensive experience as an acquisition technologist, lab manager, instructor, BRPT item writer, and contributing author for sleep-related articles, workbooks, and textbooks. Her contributions to sleep technology education have earned her multiple honors, including the 2014 AAST Sharon A. Keenan Award, the 2015 AAST Service Award, and recognition as an AAST Fellow in 2022.

Lisa remains actively involved with AAST and the Texas Society of Sleep Professionals, where she continues to advocate for patient care, technical excellence, and expanded education for sleep technologists worldwide.

D. Corey Mettler, RPSGT

Sleep Lab Manager

Serves as a Sleep Lab Manager at Advanced Sleep Management (ASM), bringing more than 20 years of experience in Sleep Medicine and respiratory care. He joined the ASM family in 2012 and has been instrumental in supporting sleep center operations, clinical excellence, and staff development.

A graduate of Indiana University, Corey earned his bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy in 2001 and later achieved his Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) credential in 2007. His career in Sleep Medicine began as a sleep technologist at St. Francis Hospital, followed by positions with Orion Sleep and MD Sleep.

During his time with MD Sleep, Corey played a significant role in the expansion of sleep services by helping establish new sleep laboratories and training employees across multiple locations throughout the United States. His expertise in operations, clinical workflows, and staff development has made him a valuable leader within the field.Currently, Corey oversees sleep center operations at Marion Health, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient clinical operations.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and pursuing activities such as golf, fishing, hiking, and hunting.

Thuyduyen Nguyen, RPSGT

Clinical Preceptor

Clinical Preceptor at Advanced Sleep Management (ASM). Thuy earned her Registered Polysomnographic Technologist credential in 2017 and joined Advanced Sleep Management in 2018. Since becoming part of the ASM team, she has consistently demonstrated strong clinical expertise and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

At ASM, Thuyduyen specializes in clinical education and the management of complex PAP titrations, helping to ensure patients receive individualized and effective treatment. She is also experienced in emerging and innovative sleep therapies, including Inspire therapy, reflecting her dedication to advancing treatment options and improving outcomes for patients with sleep disorders.Known for her clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for sleep health, Thuyduyen plays an important role in supporting both patient care and staff development.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, experiences, and destinations around the world

Melissa Colbert, RPSGT

Clinical Supervisor

Melissa joined the Advanced Sleep Management family in 2021 and brings more than 25 years of experience in Sleep Medicine. She began her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and has since developed extensive expertise working in both independent and hospital-based sleep centers.

Throughout her career, Melissa has demonstrated exceptional clinical knowledge and skill, particularly in the care of complex sleep patients and the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. She is deeply committed to patient advocacy and is recognized for her dedication to improving patient outcomes through compassionate care, clinical excellence, and strong leadership.In addition to her clinical contributions, Melissa has played a key role in the development and implementation of clinical training and education programs. Her commitment to mentoring and staff development has helped support professional growth within the organization while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence.

Kathryn Schwegman, RPSGT

Clinical Preceptor

Clinical Preceptor at Advanced Sleep Management (ASM). Kathryn earned her credentials in 2022 after graduating from Collin College and has since built valuable experience in both attended overnight sleep studies and home sleep testing.

At Advanced Sleep Management, Kathryn is recognized for her clinical expertise and dedication to patient care. In addition to her work in sleep diagnostics, she is actively involved in clinical staff education and is passionate about sharing knowledge to support professional development and promote best practices in Sleep Medicine. Her commitment to education helps strengthen clinical competency and contributes to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Kathryn brings a thoughtful and patient-focused approach to her work and is committed to advancing excellence within the sleep field. Outside of work, she enjoys unwinding with a good book, a warm cup of coffee, and the companionship of her cat.

Jenna Rabideau, RPSGT

Clinical Coordinator

Began her journey with Advanced Sleep Management in 2022 while completing her clinical hours as a student at Concorde College and officially joined the ASM team in January 2023. After successfully passing her board examinations later that year, Jenna continued building her career by combining her background in business leadership and neuroscience with a strong passion for patient care and the evolving field of Sleep Medicine.

Prior to entering healthcare, Jenna was an accomplished entrepreneur and business owner. She owned a nationally recognized salon that was named one of the Top 200 Salons in America by Salon Today magazine five times between 2010 and 2018. She was also recognized as one of the Fort Worth Business Press’s “40 Most Influential People Under 40” and served as the first American Ambassador for the French hair color brand Subtíl, a division of Alés Groupe.

Jenna is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree at Thomas Edison State University while also working toward her CCSH certification. Her professional interests include neurobiology, mindfulness, and the systemic effects of sleep on overall health.
