Entered the field of Sleep Medicine in 2005 after beginning nursing school and discovering a passion for sleep healthcare. After gaining foundational experience in several private sleep labs, Rick earned his Board Certification as an RPSGT in 2009 with registry number #14864.
Throughout his career, Rick has worked in multiple facets of Sleep Medicine, including leadership roles where he supervised a hospital sleep program consisting of six locations across Central Florida. He also became a recognized speaker and lecturer throughout the region, presenting on the importance of Sleep Medicine and its impact on patient care and the healthcare industry.
Rick joined Advanced Sleep Management in 2018 as a scoring technologist and advanced into a Lead Scoring Technologist role in 2024.
Joined Advanced Sleep Management in late 2016 and currently serves as the Clinical Support Ambassador and a Scoring Technologist. She earned her RPSGT credential in 1980 and holds registry number #9, making her one of the earliest registered sleep technologists in the field.
Cynthia has dedicated more than 35 years of volunteer leadership and service to both the American Association of Sleep Technologists (AAST) and the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT). She served as Chair of the BRPT from 1983 to 1985 and later participated on the BRPT Exam Development Committee from 2000 to 2004. Her extensive leadership within AAST included service on the Board of Directors from 2000 to 2018 and serving as AAST President from 2005 to 2007. She was also the founding Chair of the Council of Accredited Polysomnographic Schools (CoAPSG) from 2002 to 2005 and represented AAST within the Health Professions Network, serving as Vice-President from 2009 to 2013.
In recognition of her contributions to the field, Cynthia was inducted as a Fellow of the AAST (FAAST) in 2017. She has been a frequent speaker at national, regional, and local conferences and has played a major role in sleep technology education. Since 2013, she has served as lead editor for three editions of the Fundamentals textbook series, including the upcoming Fundamentals for Sleep Professionals edition scheduled for release in June 2026.
Her many honors include the AAST Weitzman Award (1985), the BRPT Leadership Award (2005), and the AAST Outstanding Service Award (2007). At ASM, Cynthia primarily focuses on scoring in-lab sleep studies and supporting the education and development of night staff.


Started his career as a sleep technologist in 1981 and achieved board certification in 1983 with registry number #76. Over the course of his distinguished career, Jon has become a highly respected leader, educator, and contributor within the field of Sleep Medicine and sleep technology.
Jon has held numerous leadership positions within the American Association of Sleep Technologists (AAST), serving as Director-at-Large from 1994–1996 and again from 2000–2006, President-Elect from 2006–2007, President from 2007–2009, and Immediate Past President from 2009–2010. He also served as Membership Chair from 1997–2000 and contributed as editor of A2Zzz in 2007 and again from 2009–2010.
A recognized educator and author, Jon has written chapters for multiple sleep and sleep technology textbooks and authored numerous A2Zzz articles focused on cardiac arrhythmias. He has presented at local, regional, national, and international conferences and has taught A-Step programs along with technologist and physician review courses. Jon has additionally served on BRPT exam development committees for both the RPSGT and CCSH examinations and currently serves on the CEC Accreditation Committee.
His longstanding contributions to the profession have been recognized through several honors, including the AAST Service (Weitzman) Award in 2003, the AAST Leadership (McGregor) Award in 2009, and induction as a Fellow of the AAST (FAAST) as part of the inaugural class in 2017.
Brings more than 40 years of experience as both a respiratory therapist and sleep professional, with expertise spanning clinical care, research, and leadership. She earned her RPSGT credential with registry number #844 and joined Advanced Sleep Management in early 2024, where she supports both in-lab and home sleep studies.
Throughout her distinguished career, Debbie has been recognized with numerous honors, including the AAST Sharon Keenan Excellence in Education Award, the AAST Distinguished Service Award, and the Virginia Academy of Sleep Medicine Excellence in Technology Award.
An active member of the American Association of Sleep Technologists (AAST) since 1991, Debbie has served on multiple committees including Education, Membership, Awards, Snooze Bowl, Special Projects, Ethics, and as liaison to the CoA PSG committee. She has also served as a Director-at-Large and board liaison to both the AAST Program Committee and the CoA PSG Committee. Additionally, Debbie contributed as a clinical accreditation site examiner for the CoA PSG.
Her leadership extends beyond the national level. Debbie was an original committee member of the Virginia Academy of Sleep Medicine (VASM), later serving as both Secretary and President. She was also appointed by the Governor of Virginia to help establish the Governor’s Committee on Polysomnographic Technology, which developed standards for state licensure in polysomnographic technology.


Has been actively involved in the field of Sleep Medicine for more than 25 years, serving in a variety of roles including acquisition technologist, manager, and consultant. She earned her RPSGT credential with registry number #3002 and has built a career centered on advancing sleep technology and patient care.
In 2019, Martha was inducted as a Fellow of the American Association of Sleep Technologists (FAAST), becoming the 19th individual to receive that distinction. She has also played a significant leadership role within the Mississippi Sleep Society (MSS), serving as one of its three founding members in 2007. Over the years, she held positions as Vice-President and President and was later elected as a Lifetime Member of the MSS Board of Directors.
Martha has been a member of the American Association of Sleep Technologists (AAST) since 2006 and served on the Educational Programs Committee from 2015 to 2017. In addition to her sleep medicine experience, she also has a background in Respiratory Therapy and Emergency Medical Services as an EMT.
She joined Advanced Sleep Management in July 2025 as a PRN Scoring Technician, where she primarily focuses on scoring home sleep studies.
Is a highly accomplished leader and educator in the field of Sleep Medicine and sleep technology. She was the 29th individual to achieve the RPSGT credential and the 35th person to earn the CCSH credential, reflecting her longstanding commitment to advancing sleep health and professional excellence.
Throughout her career, Marietta has held numerous influential leadership positions. She is a past President of the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) and previously served as Chair of the BRPT Exam Development Committee. Within the American Association of Sleep Technologists (AAST), she served two terms as Member-at-Large on the Board of Directors and contributed through service on both the Education Committee and Healthcare Reform Committee.
Marietta has also played an important role within the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM), serving as a member of the Scoring Manual Committee and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. She currently serves on the National Sleep Foundation’s Communication Committee.
Her contributions to the profession have been recognized through multiple prestigious honors, including the AAST Elliott Weitzman Award, the AAST McGregor Award, and the BRPT Shining Star Award.
Professionally, Marietta serves as the Executive Director of the Southern Sleep Society and is President of All Inclusive Meeting and Event Planning, LLC, where she continues to support education, collaboration, and advancement within the sleep medicine community.
